THE project
Welcome to Real Estate Investment Club.
‘Real Estate Investment Club’ is an independently constructed, high quality, moving 1:1 and generative NFT collection that will live on the ERC-721 blockchain. The artwork, graphics and video animation behind the collection has been designed by an extremely talented graphics designer and team of developers with some working exclusively on GTA and Red Dead Redemption. With over 600 traits and unique NFT’s in and amongst the collection, the NFT will grant multitudes of utility, opportunity, and incentives along the way.
We have gone the extra mile with the utility and longevity behind our NFT and partner ventures, to provide a prolonged and exciting experience for all our community. The REIC NFT is more than just an NFT, it will double & triple into memberships with our partner ventures DAPG and DCB. You will gain access to these projects plus everything they will provide, including access to an elite team and community with opportunity in abundance.
REIC, will be taking aim at the metaverse, using the immersive UE5 (unreal engine 5) as our gateway to building the REIC – MetaHQ which will be a ‘metaverse as a service’ (Maas). We see the metaverse acting similarly to the real or traditional world as we know it. We have plans to integrate monetisation opportunities into an interoperable ecosystem throughout our MetaHQ, which will eventually become a fully monetised ‘MetaCity’ for all our community to explore and build together.
As the world moves toward digitisation, tokenisation and overall blockchain adoption at a faster rate than the adoption of the internet. In the not-so-distant future we will see a world where real estate assets will be tokenised and fractionalised down to smaller entry barriers with ownership being represented on the blockchain while a new reality is born through the metaverse. We want to be the lead pioneers in building infrastructure which will cater for these possibilties and bring global real estate to the masses.

- Upon sell out of Mint Phase 3 – REIC will then commission the community fund using 10% of the raised funds as per our treasury and tokenomics breakdown.

Post Mint Completion:
